海港码头钢筋混凝土结构耐久性检测与评估 被引量:8

摘要 为研究基于全局观的结构耐久性修复,现场检测了舟山华东舟衢海港在役30年的海港码头混凝土结构耐久性能,检测指标包括码头的外观破损状况、混凝土强度、混凝土碳化深度、混凝土保护层厚度、钢筋腐蚀电位、氯离子含量等。分析检测结果表明码头结构安全性虽然评为A级,但由于码头及引桥的梁类构件和立柱腐蚀损坏较严重,板类构件底部普遍存在空鼓和少量裂缝,其结构安全性已处于临界状态,需进行构件修复和结构补强加固。 In order to study the structure durability restoration on the overall view,the concrete structure durability of a harbor wharf in Zhoushan which has been in service for 30 years was tested on site.The test indexes include appearance damage condition of the wharf,concrete strength,concrete carbonation depth,concrete protective layer thickness,steel corrosion potential,chloride ion content etc.The analysis of testing data indicated that although the structural safety of the wharf was rated as class A,due to the severe corrosion damage of the beam members and columns of the wharf and approach bridge,empty drums and a few cracks generally existed at the bottom of the board members,and its structural safety has been in a critical state,which needs to be repaired and reinforced.
