摘要
低温多效海水淡化技术以其诸多优势得到市场广泛应用。为进一步提升电厂余热等低品位热源利用效率,减少海水淡化过程中的热力消耗,针对冬夏季不同海水温度引入条件、进料海水温度及流量控制参数、蒸发器效间温差等因素对低温多效海水淡化的造水比进行分析。研究结果显示,优化设计和分配进料海水的热力参数对提升造水比有直接重要的影响。
Low temperature multi-effect seawater desalination technology has been widely used in the market because of its many advantages.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of low-grade heat sources such as waste heat of power plants and reduce the thermal consumption in the process of seawater desalination,the gained output ratio of LT-MED was studied and analyzed in this paper,aiming at the factors such as the different seawater temperatures in winter and summer,the temperature and flow control parameters of feed seawater,and the temperature difference between evaporators.The results show that the optimal design and distribution of the thermal parameters of the feed seawater have a direct and important impact on the gained output ratio.
