超厚锌层热镀锌带钢生产实践 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了超厚锌层热镀锌带钢的生产技术要点和难点,分析了产线速度、带钢入锌液温度、锌液成分和气刀参数对锌层厚度的影响。通过提高明火加热的空燃比至0.85及加热炉炉温至1 250℃以上,调整带钢入锌液温度为430~450℃,控制Al含量0.10%~0.20%,调整气刀唇缝间隙、压力及距离等措施,可降低Fe-Zn合金层厚,得到锌层粘附性及表面质量良好的超厚锌层热镀锌产品。 The key points and difficulties of hot-dip galvanized strip steel with super-thick zinc layer are introduced.The effects of production line speed,liquid zinc temperature,liquid zinc composition and gas knife parameters on the thickness of zinc layer are analyzed.Through the measures of increasing the air-fuel ratio of open-fire heating to 0.85,increasing the furnace temperature to more than 1 250℃,adjusting the temperature of liquid zinc into strip steel to 430~450℃,controlling the Al content to 0.10%~0.20%,adjusting the lip gap,pressure and distance of air knife,the thickness of Fe-Zn alloy layer can be reduced and the super-thick zinc layer galvanized products with good adhesion and surface quality can be obtained..
