宁化县林业调运检疫现状与对策

Status and Countermeasures of Forestry Transportation and Quarantine in Ninghua County

检疫是属于风险管理的一种措施,具有防止传染病传播的预防作用。当前,随着经济的迅速发展,我国的物流产业得到巨大的发展,各种林业检疫问题接踵而来,如庞大的检疫工作量,品种繁多的林产品,新增的危险性林业有害生物种类等。本论文试图通过实施产地检疫来解决现在的检疫难题。本论文由三个部分组成,第一部分阐述了笔者所在宁化县开展检疫工作面临的难题。第二部分根据宁化县调运检疫工作现状,提出以产地检疫替代现场检疫,进行检疫台账管理来解决如今检疫难题的对策。第三部分阐述了以产地检疫替代现场检疫的意义。

This paper attempts to through origin quarantine to solve current problems . This thesis consists of three parts , The first part expounds the author's Ninghua County quarantine work problems , The second part according to the actuality of Ninghua County dispatching and quarantine work , Put forward to origin quarantine alternative site , To solve problems now and quarantine quarantine parameter control countermeasures . The third part explains the meaning of to origin quarantine alternative site.
