摘要
结合机车电气设备数据检测分析系统的需求分析,阐述系统结构及其功能,包括车上数据采集装置的测量功能和数据记录功能、无线数据传输功能、数据转储功能、检测数据地面分析功能。将系统应用于HXD3型机车牵引风机、控制电路状态检测,在机车电气设备精准检修和故障判断方面实现有益探索,取得较好成效。
Based on the demand analysis of locomotive electrical equipment data analysis system, this article elaborates the structure and function of the system, including the measurement and data recording function of the vehicle data acquisition device, the wireless data transmission function, data dump function, and the ground analysis function of the detection data. The system is applied to the condition detection of HXD3 locomotive traction fan and control circuit. It has achieved superior results in precise maintenance of locomotive electrical equipment and soft fault judgment.
