Design of Reliability Test Method for Quick-action Switch

依据TB/T 3219—2010《机车车辆继电器和接触器可靠性试验规则》的相关规定,设计了一种较为方便经济的可靠性试验方法,并通过具体试验予以验证,为速动开关的可靠性验证提供了一种新的思路,对于降低速动开关研发成本、缩短速动开关研发周期具有积极意义。

According to the relevant provisions of TB/T 3219—2010 Reliability Test Rules for Relays and Contactors of Rolling Stocks, a more convenient and economical reliability test method is designed, and is verified by specific tests. It provides a new way of thinking in verifying the reliability of the quick-action switch, and has positive significance in reducing the R&D cost and shortening the R&D cycle of the quick-action switch.
