摘要 铁路贯通地线是电气化铁路综合接地系统中最重要的接地导体和泄流载体。为满足应用敷设环境条件,铁路贯通地线应具有较强的耐腐蚀性、稳定可靠的导电性、良好的阻燃性及防鼠害特性。结合在铁路贯通地线应用中发现的缺陷,提出无缝型贯通地线关键原材料要求、关键工艺性能控制要点,为铁路贯通地线产品研发、生产制造、质量检验提供技术基础。 Railway through ground wire is the principle grounding conductor and discharge carrier in the comprehensive grounding system of electrified railway. In order to meet the environmental conditions of its application and laying, it is required to have strong corrosion resistance, stable and reliable electrical conductivity, fine fire resistance and rodent control features. The points of key raw material requirements and key process performance control for seamless through ground wire are raised in this article, which is based on the defects found in the application of through ground wire. It provides the technical support for the products R&D, manufacturing and quality control for through ground wire products.
