摘要
AGM起停电池以其优异的冷起动性能、高充电接受性能和深放电耐久循环寿命逐渐受到各大汽车配套主机厂的青睐。由于AGM起停电池为贫液式设计,在高温情况下有热失控的技术风险,因而目前全球各大OEM主机厂对AGM起停电池的耐高温寿命要求越来越苛刻。笔者首先从AGM起停电池系统性结构优化设计入手,在不降低AGM起停电池产品深循环和高功率性能的前提下,大幅度提升高温耐久循环寿命,满足全球各大顶级OEM主机厂对AGM起停电池苛刻的技术要求,提升产品技术竞争力。
AGM start-stop battery with excellent low temperature cold cranking performance,high charging acceptance and deep discharge durable cycle life has been gradually favored by the mainstream OEM automotive manufacturers.However,as AGM start-stop battery is designed with starved electrolyte,it will lose thermal control under high temperature,so it is a technical risk about AGM battery.At present,the OEM Automobile manufacturers are more and more demanding on the high-temperature life of AGM start-stop battery.Therefore,AGM start-stop battery manufacturers must solve and develop high-temperature long-life high-power AGM start-stop battery.This article firstly developed long life and high temperature resistant high power type AGM start-stop battery,which did not reduce its deep circulation and high power from the perspective of AGM start-stop battery systemic structure optimization and designing then greatly enhance the high temperature endurance cycle life and meet the world's TOP OEM automotive manufacturer which required AGM start-stop battery with strict technical requirements and promote the competitiveness of the product technology in the end.
