摘要
分析了铅酸电池正极活性物质中硫酸亚锡的添加量对铅膏、生极板、熟极板组成及电池容量和循环寿命的影响。结果显示,硫酸亚锡的添加量不影响铅膏和生极板的组成和各组成的含量,但是当铅酸电池正极活性物质中硫酸亚锡所占的质量分数为0.250%时,熟极板中α-PbO2含量和α-PbO2与β-PbO2含量的比值存在一个极大值点,电池常温容量和循环寿命最佳。
In this paper,the effects of the contents of lead paste,raw plate,formed plate,battery capacity and cycle life are analyzed by analyzing the amount of stannous sulfate of positive active mass of lead acid battery.The results show that the addition of stannous sulfate do not affect the composition and the content of each composition of lead paste and raw plate.When the addition of stannous sulfate is 0.25%,theα-PbO2 content of the formed plate andα/βratio have a maximum value,the capacity and cycle life of the battery are the best.
