简易负压封闭引流技术在压疮治疗中的效果分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Simple Vacuum Sealing Drainage in the Treatment of Pressure Sores

目的观察分析简易负压封闭引流技术在压疮创面治疗中的效果及护理要点。方法选取2016年4月至2017年4月中国人民解放军第一五三中心医院收治的64例压疮患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为研究组(32例)与对照组(32例),其中研究组患者采用简易负压封闭引流技术治疗局部创面,对照组患者采用凡士林油纱治疗局部创面,同时根据患者具体情况给予针对性护理,对比观察两组患者的创面愈合时间、换药次数及治疗费用。结果研究组患者创面愈合时间为(20.5±4.9)d,换药次数为(2.6±0.7)次,治疗费用为(8425.5±401.3)元;对照组患者创面愈合时间为(28.6±6.4)d,换药次数为(18.2±5.6)次,治疗费用为(14256.4±523.8)元。两组患者创面愈合时间、换药次数、治疗费用对比,P均<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论简易负压封闭引流技术治疗压疮,可有效促进创面愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,降低换药频率及治疗费用,疗效显著,且简便易行,适合在基层医院推广应用。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of simple vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of pressure sores and the nursing key points during the treatment course.Methods Sixty?four patients with pressure sores ad?mitted into the 153 Central Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army between April 2016 and April 2017 were selected as subjects to be divided into a study group(32 cases)and a control group(32 cases)according to the random number table.In the study group the patients were given simple vacuum sealing drainage to manage the local wounds while the local wounds of patients in the control group were treated with Vaseline gauze.Meanwhile,targeted nursing was provided in the two groups according to patients’specific conditions.The wound healing time,number of dressing change and treatment cost were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time was(20.5±4.9)d,the number of dressing change was(2.6±0.7)times and the treatment cost was(8425.5±401.3)RMB in the study group,while in the control group the corresponding data were respectively(28.6±6.4)d,(18.2±5.6)times and(14256.4±523.8)RMB.The two groups were compared in terms of the wound healing time,number of dressing change and treatment cost,and the results all showed statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion In the treatment of pressure sores,simple vacuum sealing drainage,simple and easy to operate,can effectively promote wound healing,shorten wound healing time,and reduce the frequency of dressing change and the treatment cost,deserving to be promoted in grassroots hospitals.
