摘要
航空货邮运输安全是保证航空运输安全的重要环节,随着货物运量的不断上升,近年来危险货物瞒报匿报成为影响航空运输安全隐患之一。文中从货运代理人管理不规范,未能如实申报品名,货物信息出现断层环节入手,分析总结近年航空货邮品名规范管理中存在的问题和有效做法,提出通过利用技术手段编目一套航空货邮品名目录,推进航空货运信息共享,并在行业内建立信用体系,进一步规范航空货邮运输,保障运输工作的顺利开展。
In this paper we focus on discuss the agent failed to declare dangerous goods caused air transportation in danger.We believe the establishment of the catalogue of air freight&air mail and the credit system of declaration will improve the safety of air transportation.
