摘要 21世纪以来,中国汽车行业高速发展,是世界汽车生产销售的大国之一,汽车产量的增加推动了汽车行业的发展,客户的需求日益复杂,不再仅仅是性能的单一需求。为满足不同客户多样化的需求,主机厂生产车型类型增多,因此组装部品零件的种类和差异件数量成倍增加,与此同时库存面积随着增加,盘点作业量、厂内手工集配排序等作业量增多。在主机厂库存面积紧缺、人力资源成本连年攀升现状下,对于零部件入厂用PCC分时段入供货模式成为重要的研究课题。一个优秀的入厂物流模式,可以直接提升汽车生产效率,提升库存管理精度,削减仓库面积,削减在库金额等。文中是针对于主机厂的总装车间PA2到场进行分时段纳入供货模式研究,为日后其他主机厂该模式的成功导入提供基本思路和关键技术支持。 Since the 21st century,China s automobile industry has been developing rapidly,making it one of the world s largest automobile manufacturers.The increase of automobile production has promoted the development of the automobile industry.In order to meet the diverse needs of different customers,the types of models produced by the main engine plant have increased,so the types and quantity of different parts of the assembly parts have doubled.Meanwhile,the inventory area has increased,and the quantity of inventory checking and manual sorting in the factory has increased.In the current situation of shortage of inventory area in main engine plant and rising human resource cost year by year,the time-varying supply mode of PCC for parts entering the plant has become an important research topic.An excellent in-factory logistics mode can directly improve the production efficiency of cars,improve the accuracy of inventory management,reduce the warehouse area,reduce the amount of inventory,etc.This paper aims at the PA2 of the final assembly workshop of the main engine plant to carry out the research on the time-varying supply model,so as to provide basic ideas and key technical support for the successful introduction of this model by other main engine plants in the future.
