提升电网企业物流效率的策略研究

Strategic Research on Improving Logistics Efficiency of Power Grid Enterprises

电力物资是电网企业的重要物质基础,其物流效率高低对电网企业生产建设的安全性、可靠性和经营效益有重要影响。十九大提出了高质量发展的要求,南方电网公司提出要以高质量发展推动建设具有全球竞争力的世界一流企业,以制度、技术、管理创新为驱动,推动质量、效率、动力变革。文中根据电网企业物流管理的特殊性,针对存在的问题,借鉴国内外先进企业的运作经验,结合实际,引入“智慧物流”理念,应用“双新驱动”方法,提升物流效率,确保电力物资“可靠、经济、高效”的供应。

Electric power material is the important material base of power grid enterprises.Its logistics efficiency has important impact on the saftety,reliability and operational efficiency of power grid enterprises production and construction.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forword the requirements for high-quality development.Meanwhile,China Southern Power Grid Corporation proposes to build a world-class enterprise with global competitiveness through high-quality development,and promote the dynamic change of quality,efficiency and motive,driven by the innovation of institution,technology and management.According to the particularity of logistics management in power grid enterprise and the existing problems,this article draws lessons from the operation experience of advanced enterprises at home and abroad,introduces the idea of Intelligent Logistics,applys the Double New Driving Method,to improve the logistcis efficiency and quarantee the reliable,economic and efficcient supply of electric power material.
