为了适应地铁线路网络化、物资管理精细化的趋势,满足企业安全生产与成本控制的要求,通过ABC分类法将物资合理分类,进而研究建立安全库存数据体系,以达到物资管理的精准控制,提升供应链管理水平,降低企业成本支出,提高故障应变能力,进一步增强企业竞争力。

In order to adapt to the trend of networked subway lines and fine material management,satisfying the requirements of safe production and cost control in enterprises,the materials are reasonably classified by ABC classification method,and then the safety inventory data system is researched and established,so as to achieve the accurate control of material management,improve the level of supply chain management,reducing enterprise cost,improve the ability of failure and further enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.
