Present Situation and Countermeasures of Material Storage Management in Railway Construction Enterprises

在铁路施工企业物资管理中,由于施工环境和企业性质,仓储管理一直处于薄弱环节,仓储设施布局不合理、投入不足、效率低下是普遍存在的问题,对物资管理效率和企业效益产生不利影响,文中通过分析铁路施工企业物资仓储管理中存在问题的原因,从转变观念、使用现代信息手段等方面入手有针对性的提出了解决和改进对策。

In the material management of railway construction enterprises,the warehouse management is always in the weak link due to the construction environment and the nature of the enterprise,and the layout of storage facilities is unreasonable,insufficient investment,and inefficient.This paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in the management of material storage in railway construction enterprises,and puts forward some solutions and improvement measures from the aspects of changing ideas and using modern information means.
