基于门饰板同步供货的KIT线长及库存优化设计

摘要 部品同步供货在生产线混流的主机厂中是一个十分重要的模式,随着混线车型的增加,组装部品的种类及差异件成倍增加,导致部品的排序也日趋复杂化,同时KIT线长、库存也成倍增加。在复杂物流路径及主机厂库存面积受限的条件下,品类繁多部品同步供货项目规划变成了一项十分重要的课题。文中针对某混流生产的主机厂门饰板种类多、KIT线长浪费作业、库存面积紧缺问题设计了适用于此门饰板的M同步供货流程及模式,为其他部品如何构建同步供货模式提供了基本思路和关键技术。最后,对同步供货前后的运营环境及状态进行了分析,给出了最优同步供货流程及模式。 The synchronous supply of parts is a very important mode in the main engine factory of mixed production line.With the increase of mixed-line vehicle types,the types and differences of assembly parts multiply,which leads to the increasing complexity of the ordering of parts,as well as the doubling of KIT line length and inventory.Under the condition of complex logistics path and limited inventory area of main engine plant,the project planning of synchronous supply of various parts has become a very important issue.In this paper,the M-synchronous supply process and mode for the door trim panel of a mixed-flow main engine factory are designed to solve the problems of many kinds of door trim panels,waste of KIT line length and shortage of inventory area.It provides basic ideas and key technologies for how to construct the synchronous supply mode for other parts.Finally,the operation environment and state before and after synchronous supply are analyzed,and the optimal synchronous supply process and mode are given.
