食品包装材料污染物的食品安全供应链管理研究

Food Safety Supply Chain Management Research of Contamination of Food Packaging Materials

文中针对食品安全有效监管问题,从食品包装材料污染物角度对食品供应链运行机制进行研究。运用了食品包装材料污染物的检测方法,从食品安全角度阐述食品包材的研究现状、问题以及相关因素。研究结果明确提出了食品包装材料安全供应链运行机制,即建立相关的安全保障机制和评价集成体制,为供应链食品安全问题提出切实可行的解决方法。

Objective to solve the problem of food safety and effective supervision,this paper studies the operation mechanism of food supply chain from the perspective of contamination of food packaging materials.The present situation,problems and related factors of food packaging materials were expounded from the perspective of food safety by using the method of contamination detection in food packaging materials.The research results clearly put forward the operation mechanism of food packaging material safety supply chain,that is,the establishment of relevant safety guarantee mechanism and evaluation integration system,and put forward feasible solutions for food safety problems in the supply chain.
