摘要
OBE是一种以成果为导向的教育理念,强调以学生为中心,根据社会需求反向设计教学过程。文中以OBE理念为导向,分析了高校物流管理专业人才培养方案构建的重要性,并在此基础上,提出了基于OBE的物流管理专业人才培养目标、毕业要求及课程体系的构建思路及框架。
OBE is a result-oriented educational concept,it emphasizes student-centered concept and designs the teaching process reversely according to the social demands.This paper makes full use of the concept of OBE,and analyzes the importance of training scheme construction in logistics management majors.On this basis,it puts forward the thought and framework of training objectives,graduation requirements and curriculum system of logistics management majors based on OBE.
