摘要
文中从传统学科体系下《生产与运作管理》课程教学以及实践能力培养的特点入手,分析了其在培养应用型人才方面的难点和问题,进而有针对性的结合应用性本科院校课程的发展要求,对《生产与运作管理》课程改革进行了初步探索,提出任务导向型的模块化课程建设思路,力图借此研究提升此课程教学与学生应用能力培养在人才培养中的效果,也为应用型人才培养探索一条课程改革之路。
This paper starts with the characteristics of the teaching of production and operation management and the cultivation of practical ability under the traditional disciplinary system.It analyzes the difficulties and problems in the cultivation of applied talents,and then combines the development requirements of the application of undergraduate courses,the preliminary exploration of the“production and operation management”curriculum reform,put forward the task-oriented modular curriculum construction ideas,and try to improve the effectiveness of the curriculum teaching and student application ability training in talent training.Explore a curriculum reform path for application-oriented talent development.
