人类命运共同体的生成逻辑、思想内涵与实现进路

The Generation Logic, Ideological Connotation and Implementation Approaches of A Community with A Shared Future for Mankind

随着世界多极化、经济全球化的深入发展,国与国之间日益变得共生共存共荣,面对全球性挑战,没有一国能独善其身,需要各国同舟共济。在这样的时代背景下,中国向全世界提出了同心打造人类命运共同体的倡议。这一理念的提出,是中国传统“和”文化的现代弘扬、是中国同周边国家友谊交好的历史传统、是中国一以贯之和平外交政策的延续、是应对全球问题加强全球治理的现实需要。实际上,人类命运共同体是生活在地球的人们,基于生存和发展的可持续,在超越了国家、民族、文化、人种等基础上结成的利益相通、命运与共的有机共同体,具体包括打造经济、政治、文化和生态四大共同体。推进人类命运共同体建设,需要着力于四个方面的努力:在全球化进程中厚植共同利益;倡导和弘扬共同价值;培育和传播共生意识;树立生态文明理念,推动绿色发展。

With the deepening development of world multi-polarization and economic globalization,countries have become increasingly coexistence and co-prosperity.Faced with global challenges,no country can stand alone,and all countries need to work together.Against such a background,China has proposed to build a community with a shared future for mankind.This concept is the modern promotion of Chinese traditional"harmony"culture,the historical tradition of friendship between China and its neighboring countries,the continuation of China′s consistent foreign policy of peace,and the realistic need to strengthen global governance in response to global problems.In fact,a community with a shared future for mankind is an organic community of people living on the earth.Based on the sustainability of survival and development,it transcends national,ethnic,cultural,racial and other foundations to form an organic community of interlinked interests and common destiny,specifically including the building of four major economic,political,cultural and ecological communities.To promote the construction of this community,efforts should be focused on four aspects:fostering common interests in the process of globalization;advocating and promoting common values;fostering and disseminating common sense;and establishing the concept of ecological civilization to promote green development.
