摘要
“新工科”的建设对于卓越工程人才核心素养与能力有了新的要求,而高校思政课由于亲和力的不足直接影响了其在培养“新工科”人才核心素养与能力方面的作用。在此情况下,高校思政课必须从加强师资队伍建设、丰富教学内容、创新教学方法、拓展实践平台等方面着手,以增强思政课亲和力为着力点,推进思政课教学改革创新,切实发挥思政课在“新工科”人才培养方面的重要作用。
The construction of Emerging Engineering Education(3E)has new requirements for the core quality and ability.However,the lack of affinity of ideological and political courses directly affects the training of 3E talents.In this case,those courses must exert effort in aspects,such as strengthening the construction of teachers,enriching teaching contents,innovating teaching methods and expanding practical platforms,so as to promote the teaching reform and innovation of the courses by enhancing their affinity and the reform and innovation of the courses to make them effectively play the important role in the training of 3E talents.
