新媒体环境下大学生网络道德现状调查及对策研究——基于山西16所高校的实证分析

Investigation on the Status Quo of College Students′ Network Morality under the New Media Environment and Countermeasures ——An empirical analysis based on 16 universities in Shanxi Province

青年兴则国家兴,青年强则国家强。青年一代的理想信念、精神状态、道德水平、综合素质是一个国家保持发展活力、增强核心竞争力的重要因素。其中,道德水平不仅包括现实道德水平,也包括网络道德水平。特别是在当前新媒体环境下,青年网络道德问题愈发值得重视。而高校大学生又是青年群体中的优秀代表,他们的网络道德需要给予更多关注。根据调查得出,新媒体的“双刃剑”效应在高校大学生中愈发凸显,新媒体环境下大学生网络道德失范挑战仍大但向好愿望强烈。就此,针对新媒体环境下大学生网络道德的新特点、新表现,需要强化大学生网络道德规范和相关法律法规建设,实现德法共治,还需要创新高校大学生网络道德教育。

A nation will prosper only when its young people thrive.The ideals and beliefs,mental state,moral level and comprehensive quality of the younger generation are important factors for a country to maintain its vitality and enhance its core competitiveness.Among them,the moral level includes not only the realistic moral level,but also the network moral level.And in the current new media environment,the issue of youth network moral is more and more worthy of attention.College students are excellent representatives of the youth group,so their network morality needs more attention.According to the survey,the"double-edged sword"effect of new media is becoming more and more prominent among college students.Under the new media environment,the challenge of college students′network moral anomie is still great,but their desire for good is strong.In view of the new characteristics and manifestations of college students′network morality under the new media environment,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the norms and related laws and regulations,realize the rule of law and morality,and innovate the network morality education for college students.
