摘要
以贝勒、梦龙、枪手、莫妮卡、牧特力、骏马、甜燕一号、燕王、牧王、牧马人等10个饲用燕麦品种为材料,采用15%PEG-6000水溶液模拟干旱胁迫处理,以正常浇水为对照,进行种子萌发试验,观测干旱与非干旱胁迫处理下10个饲用燕麦品种发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、根长、芽长、根冠比等生长指标,利用隶属函数法评价各品种的抗旱性并筛选出适合科尔沁地区种植的品种.结果表明,在PEG处理下,除甜燕一号外其他品种发芽势均有所下降;除枪手和燕王外,其他品种发芽指数均有所下降;除枪手和牧马人外,其他品种根长均小于对照.运用隶属函数法对10个饲用燕麦品种进行抗旱性比较分析,表明枪手、梦龙、燕王、甜燕一号和贝勒的抗旱性较强,适合在干旱地区或沙化地区种植.
Seed germination experiments were carried out to determine drought resistance in ten fodder oat varieties using 15%PEG-6000 water solution as the drought stressor.Normal watering was used as control.Observations were made ongermination potential,germination rate,germination index,root length,budlength,root-shoot ratio and other growth indicators.The varieties tested were Baile,Menglong,Gunner,Monica,Muteli,Junma,Sweet Yan No.1,Yanwang,Herdsman and Horseman.The drought tolerance was evaluated by the method of membership fiinction,and suitable cultivars were selected.Under the treatment of PEG,the germination potential of each variety decreased except that of Sweet Yan No.1.With the exception of Gunner and Yanwang,the germination index of other varieties decreased.With the exception of Gunner and Horsemen,root lengths of the other varieties were shorter than that of the control group.Gunners,Menglong,Yanwang,Sweet Yan No.1,and Baylor,should be suitable for planting in arid or desertification areas.
