摘要 采用单一变量法,以邻甲酚环氧树脂为基体树脂,线性苯酚树脂(PN)为固化剂,三苯基磷(TPP)为固化促进剂,研究不同添加量的丁腈橡胶(CTBN)对其环氧模塑料(EMC)性能的影响。采用毛细流变仪测试EMC的粘度,注塑压机、恒温加热板、硬度计测试其螺旋流动长度、凝胶化时间和热硬度,万能测试机和动态热力学机械分析仪(DMA)分析EMC的热力学行为。结果表明:CTBN对EMC有着很好的增韧效果,且当添加量为0.5%时,对EMC的增韧效果最好。 With o-cresol epoxy resin as matrix resin,linear phenol resin(PN)as curing agent and triphenyl phosphorus(TPP)as curing accelerator,the influence of different addition amounts of nitrile butadiene rubber(CTBN)on epoxy molding plastics(EMC)performance was studied by using a single variable method.The viscosity of EMC was tested by capillary flow tester,the spiral flow length,gelation time and thermal hardness were tested by injection molding press,constant temperature heating plate and hardness tester,and the thermodynamic behavior of EMC was analyzed by universal tester and dynamic thermodynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA).The results show that CTBN has a good toughening effect on EMC,and when the addition amount is 0.5%,the toughening effect on EMC is the best.
