摘要
工业企业在生产过程中排放的废水是造成水质污染的主要因素之一,工业废水的环保处理是现在最受关注的课题之一。本文以某工业企业废水排放水质检测项目为例,对企业总排口的废水进行检测,水质检测项目包括PH值、氨氮、化学需氧量、悬浮物、硫化物、总磷、阴离子表面活性剂、动植物油、石油类、五日生化需氧量、总锌、总镍、总铬和六价铬。经检测得知该企业废水的测定结果低于DB31/199-2018上海市地方污染物排放标准《污水综合排放标准》中表1及表2中三级标准的要求排放限值。
Waste water discharged from industrial enterprises in the production process is one of the main factors causing water pollution,and environmental protection treatment of industrial wastewater is one of the most concerned topics.In this paper,an industrial enterprise wastewater discharge water quality testing project is taken as an example to test the wastewater from the total outlet of the enterprise.The water quality testing items include PH value,ammonia nitrogen,chemical oxygen demand,suspended matter,sulphide,total phosphorus,anionic surfactant,animal and vegetable oil,petroleum,five-day biochemical oxygen demand,total zinc,total nickel,total chromium and hexavalent chromium.It was found that the determination results of wastewater in this enterprise were lower than the discharge limits of the third-level standards in Table 1 and Table 2 of the Shanghai Local Pollutant Discharge Standard"Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard".
