摘要
人文关怀是高校家庭经济困难学生资助工作的本质属性。资助不仅是解困,更承担着育人的功能。高校要坚持以教育为先导,以育人为目标,加强经济关怀、学业关怀、精神关怀等在内的整体关怀,努力构建资助工作人文关怀的有效机制,全面提高受助学生的综合素质,从根本上帮助其解困。
Humanistic care is the essential attribute of the funding work for college students with financial difficulties.Funding not only helps to solve problems,but also bears the function of educating people.Colleges should adhere to the educating people as the guide and goal,strengthen the overall care of economic care,academic care,spiritual care,etc.,and strive to build an effective mechanism to support the funding work with humanistic care,so as to improve the overall quality of the students comprehensively,and help them solve problems fundamentally.
