医学生职业素养与就业能力培养现状及提升策略研究——以新乡医学院为例

Research on the Current Situation and Promotion Strategies of Medical Students ’ Professional Literacy and Employment Ability Training : Take Xinxiang Medical University as an Example

医务工作者在全社会享有较高的声誉,随着我国高等教育由“精英教育”向“大众教育”转型,医学人才市场供需结构出现明显调整,医学本科生就业难问题日益显现。医学生作为未来的医务人员,正是职业素养培养的关键阶段,良好的职业素养及就业能力是医学生在面对严峻就业形势、实现自我价值的必要条件。本研究通过对新乡医学院在校学生及部分医疗单位、医疗工作人员调研,初步了解医疗工作单位和医务人员对医学生职业素养和就业能力的评价,并在此基础上探讨医学生职业素养和就业能力的培养方式。

Medical workers enjoy a high reputation in the whole society.With the transformation of higher education from“elite education”to“mass education”in China,the supply and demand structure of medical talent market has been significantly adjusted,and the employment problem of medical undergraduates has become increasingly apparent.Medical students,as future medical staff,are the key stage of professional quality training.Good professional quality and employment ability are the necessary conditions for medical students to realize their self-worth in the face of severe employment situation.Based on the investigation of students,some medical institutions and medical staff in xinxiang medical college,this study preliminarily understands the evaluation of medical institutions and medical staff on medical students’professional quality and employability,and on this basis,discusses the training methods of medical students’professional quality and employability.
