医学院校毕业生基层就业浅析及对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasure Research on Grass-roots Employment of Medical College Graduates

以国家就业政策为研究背景,从我国基层医疗卫生事业对学院校毕业生需求情况,现阶段存在的基层医务工作者供求不平衡、医疗资源配置不合理等问题对高校医学毕业生基层就业的现状进行分析,提出高校医学毕业生基层就业的对策建议,以建立医学生长效基层就业的有力机制。

Taking the national employment policy as the research background,this paper analyses the current situation of grass-roots medical graduates'employment in Colleges and universities from the demand of grass-roots medical and health undertakings for college graduates,the unbalanced supply and demand of grass-roots medical workers and the unreasonable allocation of medical resources at the present stage,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for grass-roots employment of medical graduates in Colleges and universities,so as to establish the grass-roots level of medical A powerful mechanism for employment.
