某核电厂主给水窄量程流量表信号通道单一故障分析与变更

摘要 介绍了某核电厂主给水流量控制系统窄量程流量表的功能,介绍了信号通道原设计的特点,分析原信号通道设计在供电、卡件、防火分区方面的单一故障缺陷,进行了有针对性的通道变更设计,经过现场实施和验证,消除了单一故障隐患. This paper introduces the function of narrow range flow meter of the main water flow control system of a nuclear power plant,introduces the characteristics of the original design of the signal channel,and analyzes the single fault defects of the original signal channel design in power supply,clamping,and fire prevention partition.A targeted channel change design was carried out,and through field implementation and verification,a single fault hidden danger was eliminated.
