This paper introduces the function of narrow range flow meter of the main water flow control system of a nuclear power plant,introduces the characteristics of the original design of the signal channel,and analyzes the single fault defects of the original signal channel design in power supply,clamping,and fire prevention partition.A targeted channel change design was carried out,and through field implementation and verification,a single fault hidden danger was eliminated.
