公共服务领域的改革是经济领域供给侧结构性改革的配套改革之一,科技馆是公共服务的重要部分,要积极响应国家供给侧结构性改革的要求.本文通过分析科技馆行业面临的供给侧问题和根本原因提供了以下对策:一是要优化政府职能,加强顶层设计;二是要积极利用信息技术,实现机制创新;三是鼓励创新,拓展供给空间.

Reform in the public service sector is one of the supporting reforms of SSSR in China's economic sector.In this paper,the supply side problems faced by the science and technology museum industry and the causes are analyzed.Then,countermeasures for SSSR are put forward.First,optimize government functions and strengthen top-level design.Second,use information technology to achieve institutional innovation.Third,encourage innovation to open up new supply space.
