摘要
根据国家、上海浙江两级政府的节能减排政策,国家能源局对上海LNG储罐扩建项目的特别批示,上海LNG接收站进行了一期扩建工程,该项目同期建设了1套冷能利用发电装置。通过对冷能利用的简介,结合上海LNG接收站的现状,确定该站冷能利用发电采用低温朗肯循环法。介绍了低温朗肯循环法工艺路线的操作模式,对冷能发电装置的外输电量和丙烷循环量进行了模拟计算,得出了若干结论。
According to the energy saving and emission reduction policies of the governments of China,Shanghai and Zhejiang,and the special instructions of the State Energy Administration for the expansion project of Shanghai LNG storage tanks,a phase expansion project of Shanghai LNG receiving station has been carried out.A set of cold energy utilization power generation devices has been built in the same period of the project.By introducing the utilization of cold energy and combining with the current situation of Shanghai LNG receiving station,it is determined that the low temperature Rankine cycle method is adopted for the utilization of cold energy to generate electricity.The operation mode of this cycle process route is introduced.The external transmission capacity and propane circulation capacity of the cold energy power plant are simulated and calculated,and some conclusions are drawn.
