改善预检分诊专员效能在急性缺血性脑卒中患者抢救中的效果分析

Effect of improving the efficiency of pre-examination specialists in rescuing patients with acute ischemic stroke

目的分析改善预检分诊专员效能在急性缺血性脑卒中患者抢救中的效果。方法选择2016年8月至2018年5月某医院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者83例,按照护理方式的不同分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=36),对照组采用常规预检分诊,观察组改善预检分诊专员效能,比较2组医生接诊时间、护士预检评估时间、静脉抽血时间、患者到达医院急诊至静脉溶栓用药时间(DNT)及满意度。结果观察组医生接诊时间、护士预检评估时间、静脉抽血时间及DNT时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组满意度高于对照组。结论改善预检分诊专员效能在急性缺血性脑卒中患者抢救中具有较好的效果,可提高抢救效率,缩短DNT时间,增加患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of improving the efficiency of pre-examination specialists in rescuing patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Totally 83 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were admitted to our hospital were selected from Aug.2016 to May.2018,and they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=47)and the control group(n=36)according to the different nursing methods.The control group received routine preclinical triage,while the observation group improved the efficiency of the preclinical triage specialists,and the time of doctors'appointments,the time of nurses'pre-examination evaluation,the time of phlebotomy,and the door-to-needle time(DNT)and their satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of doctors'appointments,the time of nurses'pre-examination evaluation,the time of phlebotomy,and the time of DNT of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Improving the efficacy of pre-examination specialist in the rescue of patients with acute ischemic stroke has a better effect,can improve the rescue efficiency,shorten DNT time,and increase the satisfaction of patients.
