海巡163轮锚链绞车下支撑船体结构加强和强度计算 被引量:3

摘要 在海巡163轮改造工程中,主甲板上沉石绞盘被拆除,更换为卧式液压锚链绞车,此处绞车下甲板支撑结构需要局部加强。根据绞车作业的载荷受力点和甲板结构局部加强原则对海巡163轮绞车下支撑结构进行局部加强方案设计,并依据规范对绞车作业中4种工况的结构进行有限元强度校核,对上浪工况采用2种加载方式进行对比分析。计算结果表明:最大应力值出现在绞车支座脚附近支撑结构上并满足规范要求,说明绞车支撑结构加强方案合理可行。 In the renovation project of marine patrol ship Haixun-163,the submerged winch on the main deck was removed and replaced by horizontal hydraulic anchor chain winch,where the support structure of the deck under the winch needed to be partially strengthened.According to the loading point of winch operation and the local strengthening principle of the deck structure,the local strengthening scheme of the support structure of Haixun-163 winch was designed,and the finite element strength of the four working conditions of the winch was checked according to the specifications.In addition,two loading methods were used to compare and analyze the wave working conditions.The calculation results show that the maximum stress value appears at the supporting structure of the winch support foot accessories and meets the requirements of the specification,which shows that the proposed strengthening scheme of the winch support structure is reasonable and feasible.
