妇产科护理管理中护士分层管理的应用分析

Application Analysis of Layered Management of Nurses in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Management

目的探讨妇产科护理管理中护士分层管理的应用。方法该院妇产科自2017年6月开始实施护士分层管理,将实施后一年作为观察组,以实施前一年为对照组,评价管理效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组护理不良事件发生率明显降低(P<0.05);且两组对比,护理质量评分存在明显差异性(P<0.05);患者护理满意度比较,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理管理中实施护士分层管理可显著改善管理效果,提高护理质量,可推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of stratified management of nurses in the management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital began to implement the stratified management of nurses in June 2017.The following year will be used as the observation group,and the previous year will be used as the control group to compare the management effects of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the quality of care scores between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing stratified management of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management can significantly improve the management effect,improve the quality of care,and promote the application.
