西药房高危药品管理中存在的问题与应对方法

Problems and Countermeasures in the Management of High-risk Drugs in Western Pharmacies

目的研究西药房高危药品管理中存在的问题与应对方法。方法回顾性分析2017—2018年间该院西药房高危药品管理不当出现的50例不安全事件,对其事件资料进行调查分析,根据分析结果总结管理过程中存在的问题,后拟定应对措施。结果分析结果指出,不安全风险因素主要包括药品存放不当、药品标志牌内容不全、药品管理制度不到位等,不安全风险事件中药品存放不当30例,占60.00%,药品标志牌内容不全15例,占30.00%,药品管理制度不到位5例,占10.00%。结论在西药房高危药品管理中主要问题包括药品存放不当、药品标志牌内容不全、药品管理制度不到位等,针对上述问题只有不断提高西药房药师综合水平及加大管理力度才能降低不安全事件风险,提高临床高危药品使用的安全性。

Objective To study the problems and countermeasures in the management of high-risk drugs in western pharmacies.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 cases of unsafe events in the management of high-risk drugs in western pharmacies from 2017 to 2018 was conducted.The data of the incidents were investigated and analyzed.According to the analysis results,the problems in the management process were summarized and the countermeasures were drawn up.Results The analysis indicated that the unsafe risk factors mainly included improper drug storage,incomplete drug signage,and inadequate drug management system;the unsafe risk event,30 cases were improperly stored,accounting for 60.00%,and the drug sign content was incomplete of 15 cases,accounting for 30.00%,5 cases of drug management system not in place,accounting for 10.00%.Conclusion The main problems in the management of high-risk drugs in western pharmacies include improper drug storage,incomplete drug labeling,and inadequate drug management system.Only by continuously improving the comprehensive level of western pharmacy pharmacists and increasing management can reduce the risk of unsafe events,so as to improve the safety of clinical high-risk drugs.
