摘要
目的探究妇产科护理管理中柔性管理的应用价值。方法以2016年3月—2017年3月期间该院应用常规护理管理的25例护理人员为A组,2017年4月—2018年4月期间该院妇产科应用柔性管理的25例护理人员为B组,比较两组护理人员护理差错发生率、投诉率及护理质量评分。结果B组护理人员护理差错率4%、投诉率0%均低于A组24%、16%,护理人员护理质量评分(78.6±6.8)分高于A组(73.5±5.9)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科护理管理中应用柔性管理,效果明显。
Objective To explore the application value of flexible management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management.Methods From March 2016 to March 2017,25 nursing staff who applied routine nursing management in our hospital were group A.25 nursing staff who applied flexible management in obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 as group B,the nursing error rate,complaint rate and nursing quality score of the two groups of nursing staff were compared.Results The nursing error rate of group B was 4%,the complaint rate was 0%lower than 24%and 16%in group A,and the nursing staff quality score(78.6±6.8)points was higher than group A(73.5±5.9)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flexible management in the management of obstetrics and gynaecology is obvious.
