分层教学在放射科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 放射科住院医师规范化教学中,对不同级别、不同层次的住院医师进行分层教学,从而激发学员的学习热情及学习主动性。该文列举了分层教学在放射科专业的具体实施方法以及监控措施,并对应用效果进行了分析,希望对影像专业住院医师规范化培训提供参考。
