摘要 富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)制备方便,成本低廉,无伦理学争议及交叉感染风险,受到临床较为广泛的关注。通过纤维蛋白网、血小板和白细胞的共同作用,PRF已被逐渐应用于骨再生和创面的修复中。该文就PRF在骨再生和创面修复中的应用及其可能的机制研究进展作一综述。 Platelet rich fibrin(PRF)withmany advantages,such as convenient preparation,low cost,no ethical controversy and no cross infection risk,has attracted extensive attention in clinic.Through the combined action of fibrin network,platelets and white blood cells,PRF has been gradually applied to bone regeneration and wound repair.The article reviews the application of PRF in bone regeneration and wound repair and its possible mechanisms.
