1949年新中国成立至今已有70年。70年间,中国发生了翻天覆地的变化,人权事业取得不菲成就。随着改革开放进程的深化,中国丰富了国际人权话语体系,推动了各国人权事业共同发展,积极参与了全球人权治理,为推动世界人权事业的进步贡献了中国智慧。然而,人权是一项“没有终点”的伟大事业,没有最好只有更好,当代中国人权事业仍面临着诸多挑战。回顾70年来中国在人权事业上取得的诸多成就,对完善和发展中国人权事业、塑造国际人权话语体系和更公平、合理的国际人权秩序,推动全球人权治理贡献中国智慧和中国方案具有理论和现实意义。

It has been 70 years since the founding of New China in 1949.During this period,China has undergone tremendous changes and the cause of human rights has made great achievements.With the deepening of the reform and opening up,China has enriched the international human rights discourse system,promoted the common development of human rights causes in various countries,actively participated in global human rights governance,and contributed Chinese wisdom to the advancement of the world human rights.However,human rights is a great cause of“no end”,there is no best but only better one,the cause of human rights in contemporary China still faces a lot of challenges.Looking back on the achievements of human rights of China in the past 70 years has theoretical and practical significance for improving and developing the human rights of China,shaping the international human rights discourse system and a fairer and more reasonable international human rights order,and promoting the contribution of the wisdom and program of China to global human rights governance.
