摘要 消费者在进行产品选择时通常会广泛地浏览并参考产品的在线评价信息,如何有效地利用数据规模庞大的产品在线评价信息辅助消费者进行产品选择值得关注。针对产品选择问题,提出一种基于在线评价信息的产品选择方法,运用数据采集软件获取产品的在线评价信息并进行整理,依据随机占优准则,判断每个指标在线评价结果的两两产品比较的随机占优关系,进一步运用PROMETHEEⅡ方法对产品进行排序,最后通过一个选择汽车的例子说明该方法的可行性与有效性。 Consumers usually read extensively and refer to online evaluation information when they are selecting a product to purchase.It needs to be especially concerned how to make effective use of the large scale of online evaluation information to help consumers select product.A product selection method based on online evaluation information is proposed to solve the product selection problem.The online evaluation information of products is obtained using data acquisition software and online evaluation information of products collected is ordered.Stochastic dominance relation of paired-comparison products for each attribute online evaluation result is confirmed according to the stochastic dominance rule.The dominance degree of paired-comparison products is calculated and PROMETHEEⅡmethod is used to obtain the ranking of products.An example of selecting car is used to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
