Aims and ScopeHepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International publishes peerreviewedoriginal papers, reviews (meta-analysis, systematicreview) and editorials concerned with clinical practice andresearch in the fields of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases.Papers cover the medical, surgical, radiological, pathological,biochemical, physiological and histological aspects of the subjectareas under the headings Liver, Biliary, Pancreas, Transplantation,Research, Editorials, Review Articles, New Techniques, ClinicalImages, Viewpoints and Letters to the Editor. The journalalso deals with the basic sciences and experimental work. Allsubmitted papers are reviewed by at least two referees expertin the field of the submitted paper.
