摘要
本文采用三种不同测试仪器(游标卡尺、测径仪、投影仪)对光纤套管外径、壁厚进行大量数据测试,通过实验发现游标卡尺测量套管外径和套管壁厚时,其结果均小于非接触式仪器(测径仪、投影仪),这种误差判断直接导致光缆厂家在生产套管时造成不必要原材料浪费,本文分析结果有利于光缆制造行业对套管精准测试。
In this paper,three kinds of measuring instruments(vernier caliper,caliper and projector)are used by different manufacturers to test the external diameter and wall thickness of self-produced optical fiber Loose Tube.Through experiments,it is found that the measuring results of vernier caliper are smaller than those of non-contact instruments(caliper and projector).The error judgment directly leads to optical cable manufacturers.In the production of Loose Tube,unnecessary raw materials are wasted,which is conducive to the optical cable manufacturing industry to provide a certain scientific basis and reference for the precise testing of Loose Tube.
