摘要
核电厂一回路硼酸介质中Na、Al、Si的含量是监督反应堆水化学工况的重要参数,通常使用ICP-AES测量。由于硼基体的影响,使用ICP-AES时分析结果易受光谱干扰,测量误差较大。本文采用MSF技术有效校正了硼酸介质中硼基体对Na、Al、Si检测的干扰。当样品中Na或Al浓度为10~40μg/kg,硼浓度为200~2500mg/kg时,测量误差不大于14.2%;当Si的浓度以SiO 2计为100~400μg/kg,硼浓度为0~2500mg/kg时,测量误差不大于6.0%;所有测量结果RSD不大于3.24%(n=3)。MSF模型稳定性能良好,可较长时间用于分析检测。
The determination of Na,Al,Si in the primary circuit boric acid water of nuclear power plant is an important parameter to monitor the reactor hydrochemical conditions,and is usually measured by ICP-AES.Because of the influence of boron matrix,the result of ICP-AES is easy to be interfered by spectrum,and the measurement error is large.In this paper,the interference of high concentration boron matrix in boric acid water on the detection of Na,Al and Si has been effectively corrected by MSF technique.When the concentration of Na or Al in the sample is 10~40μg/kg and the concentration of boron is 200~2500 mg/kg,the measurement error is less than 14.2%.When the concentration of Si is 100~400μg/kg measured by SiO 2 and the concentration of boron is 0~2500 mg/kg,the measurement error is less than 6.0%.The RSD of all measured results is less than 3.24%(n=3).The stability of the MSF model is good,which can be used for a long time.
