摘要
消防系统在核电站运行过程中起着重要的安全保障作用。福清核电站消防系统调试过程中多台减压阀出现内漏、响应迟缓等问题,致使下游压力无法满足消防系统的功能要求。通过对上述现象的分析与研究,确认原减压阀存在固有缺陷,并对换型后的减压阀进行分析和验证,有效地保证了消防系统安全稳定运行。
Fire protection system plays an importantrole in nuclear power plant to ensure the nuclear safety during operation.However,during the commissioning of the fire protection system of Fuqing NPP,there are some problems such as relief valve leakage,and slow response,which lead to the downstream pressure cannot meet the system requirements.This paper aims to analyze and study these problems,and verifies the inherent defects in original relief valves.Simultaneously,by means of test and verification of the replaced valves,the safe and stable operation of the fire protection system is ensured.
