摘要
离心泵进行水力计算可得到叶轮的部分设计参数,传统的轴面投影图绘制的方法确定剩余部分叶轮主要设计参数,忽略了由此而确定的叶轮参数是否为最优的问题。采用正交实验法来挑选出其余叶轮变化设计参数的较好搭配,且可将参数逐步进行优化,找到理想的最优解,从而优化了叶轮轴面投影图和叶轮的设计参数以及叶轮流道型线,提高了离心泵的水力效率和叶轮的工作效率。
After the hydraulic calculation of the centrifugal pump,some design parameters of the impeller can be obtained.The main part of the impeller design parameters can then be determined by the traditional method of drawing the axial projection,but the impeller parameters determined by this are ignored.In this paper,the orthogonal experiment method is used to select the better matching of the remaining impeller variation design parameters,and the parameters can be optimized step by step to find the ideal optimal solution.The projection surface of the impeller,the design parameters of the impeller,and the impeller flow path profile are thereby optimized,optimizing the impeller flow path profile.And the hydraulic efficiency of the centrifugal pump and the working efficiency of the impeller are improved.
