摘要
为探究吸风输送机运行中吸风箱阻力特性的变化情况,以某高档烟盒自动化设备中的吸风输机为例,对吸风箱进行流体流场分析。运用Fluent软件进行数值模拟,分析相同流量而不同运行状态下的流体特性。模拟仿真发现,吸风输送机在运行时的阻力特性变化存在波动,但波动很小。吸风箱的阻力特性的分析可以为吸风输送机的设计与优化提供依据。
In order to explore the change of the resistance characteristics of suction box in the operation of suction conveyor,the fluid flow field of suction box was analyzed by taking the suction conveyor in a high grade cigarette box automation equipment as an example.Fluent software was used for numerical simulation to analyze the flow characteristics of the same flow rate and different operating conditions.The simulation results show that the resistance characteristics of suction conveyor fluctuate,but the fluctuation is very small.The analysis of the resistance characteristics of suction box can provide evidence for the design and optimization of suction conveyor.
