基于建筑信息模型的全生命周期碳排放测算及对策

摘要 温室气体的大量排放导致的全球变暖目前已成为全球关注的焦点问题,通过IPCC发布的第五次气候变化评估报告可以得出建筑消耗的能源大约占到40%。对于碳排放量测算可以与《建筑碳排放计量标准》(CECS374-2014)相结合,将建筑生命周期碳排放阶段划可以分为五个阶段分别为设计规划阶段、建筑物化阶段、运营维护阶段、拆除处理阶段以及回收阶段。同时全生命周期理论与建筑信息模型技术的结合能够较传统的碳排放测算更加具体、科学,有助于推动我国的低碳经济发展。 Global warming caused by massive greenhouse gas emissions has become the focus of global attention,and the fifth climate change assessment report issued by the IPCC shows that about 40%of the building energy is consumed.Carbon emission measurement can be combined with"Building Carbon Emission Measurement Standard"(CECS374-2014).Carbon emission phases of building life cycle can be divided into five phases:design planning phase,building phase,operation and maintenance phase and demolition treatment phase.At the same time,the combination of the whole life cycle theory and building information modeling(BIM)technology can be more specific and scientific than the traditional carbon emission measurement,and help to promote the development of low-carbon economy in China.
