企业实习引发的应用型本科高校人才培养的思考

Thoughts on Talent Cultivation of Applied Undergraduate Colleges and Universities Caused by Enterprise Practice

随着高等教育大众化、人才需求多元化的逐渐深入,应用型本科高校人才培养面临着巨大的挑战,培养适应企业需求、国家社会发展的具备一定职业素养的应用型人才是当前的迫切任务。本文从两个层面共四个维度对企业实习引发的应用型本科高校人才培养的问题进行剖析并提出相应的提升建议。

With the popularization of higher education and the diversification of talent demand,the training of applied undergraduate talents is facing enormous challenges.It is an urgent task to train applied talents with certain professional qualities to meet the needs of enterprises and national social development.From two levels and four dimensions,this paper analyzes the problems of talent cultivation in applied undergraduate colleges and universities caused by enterprise practice and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
