摘要
民办高校大学生自身素质和现有培养模式之间存在较大差距,同质化的教学模式效果不佳。本文以大学生职业倾向性要素分析为基础,关注大学生思维行为方式中体现的人格类型差异,进行适应性教学改革,从课程设计、学习方法和教学方法几方面探索基于学生个性特点和能力分级的民办高校人才培养模式,落实以学生为中心的理念,满足学生的个性化需求,形成以学习者为中心的工程教育模式。
Based on the analysis of the elements of college students'career orientation,and the survey results of employment opportunities for related majors,this paper explores the talent training model of private colleges.The model that featured?personality characteristics and ability classification includes the curriculum design research,improvement of learning methods and reform in teaching methods.From the practical effect,our work meets the individual needs of students,and carries out the learner-centered engineering education model.
