浅谈高校学生党员先锋模范作用的发挥

A Brief Discussion on the Pioneering and Exemplary Role of College Student Party Members

当前,发挥党员的先锋模范作用,有助于坚定学生的理想信念、激发学生的爱国激情,是有效提高高校思想政治教育水平的重要举措,但是党员先锋模范作用受诸多因素影响难以发挥。因此,各高校需要采取完善选拔方式、端正入党动机、拓展教育形式、加强实践培训、筑牢思想堤坝、完善监督机制等方式进行改进,使学生党员成为高校凝聚团队力量、引领先进思想、示范积极行为的生力军。

At present,giving play to the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members helps to strengthen students'ideals and beliefs and stimulate their patriotic passion,which is an important measure to effectively improve the level of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.However,it is difficult to give full play to the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members due to many factors.Therefore,colleges and universities need to adopt perfect selection methods,correct the motivation for joining the Party,expand the form of education,strengthen practical training,enhance ideological guidance,and improve the supervision mechanism,so that student Party members will become the new force for enhancing cohesive force,leading advanced thoughts and demonstrating positive behavior.
